Career guidance, mentoring and networking for graduating seniors with degrees in architecture, engineering, construction.
Financial assistance for travel, room and board for Fortitudes’ Global Internship Program for students entering their senior year "Inaugural Internship Program to be launch for participation in Summer of 2025"
Year 1- 5 Professionals
Making Change Possible
The following programs and services shall be available to junior professionals that are within their first five years of their chosen professional and who successfully complete a competitive application process with a compelling statement of purpose.​
Professional Profile Enhancement by assisting junior professionals with navigating the challenges associated with receiving professional certifications such as RICS, NCARB, PMP, PE and other recognizable certifications.
Registration and introductions to professional organizations that will enhance one’s network and build industry recognizable affiliations, to include CORENET, IFMA, Design Build Institute, AIA, CMAA and others.
Transitioning Military
Serving those who has served Us
The following programs and services shall be available to military veterans who have been or will be honorably discharged from the armed forces.

“Last Tactical Mile Support” – The last tactical mile is the final step in ones successfully military career and starts once one files for separation. Fortitude shall provide career coaching, resume counseling and financial assistance for those in need for interviewing prep.
Introductions to Veteran Friendly Businesses; i.e. organizations that value traits and characteristics that are necessary for successful military service: leadership, integrity, initiative, dependability, moral courage, unselfishness, enthusiasm and others.
