Recognizing a select group of emerging leaders in the built environment whose engagement, growth, and commitment to Fortitude’s core values distinguished them within this year’s global cohort.
Following a comprehensive review process and final approval by the Fortitude Board of Directors, scholarships were awarded across three members of the 2026 Fortitude Global Cohort. Each recipient demonstrated strong alignment with Fortitude’s values - empowerment, growth mindset, inclusivity, and empathy - through their personal statements, active participation in the program, and final professional development plan presentations.
About the Scholarship
The Fortitude Scholarship is awarded based on three core criteria:
• Personal Statement: Alignment with Fortitude values
• Program Engagement: Active participation and contribution to the cohort experience
• Professional Development Plan: Clarity of goals and ability to translate learning into action impact
