Flávio Lino is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the real estate and construction sectors, specializing in construction projects. As the Director and Founder of Certiphic Gerenciamento e Planejamento, he has spearheaded the company's operations since its establishment in July 2015. In this role, Flávio has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative processes and procedures, as well as adeptly managing change and fostering the growth of high-performance teams.

 

Flávio boasts a diverse portfolio of experience encompassing commercial, industrial, residential, logistical, and hotelier real estate projects. His comprehensive understanding of all phases of the business, from identifying new opportunities to asset sales, underscores his strategic acumen and business savvy.

 

Prior to founding Certiphic Gerenciamento e Planejamento, Flávio held key leadership positions at Tishman Speyer, a global real estate developer and investor. During his tenure he served as Managing Director, Design and Construction Managing Director, Construction Director, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, Flávio played a pivotal role in driving the success of various projects, leveraging his strong ties with investors, owners, and team members to deliver value and achieve project objectives.
