Accepted applicants will be paired with a seasoned professional as their Fortitude advisor. This one-on-one mentorship will provide personalized guidance, support, and insights tailored to the individual's career goals and aspirations.
Fortitude's professional development process involves a thorough assessment of talents, strengths, motivations, and interests, employing well-established and industry-recognized tools. Following this assessment, we engage in collaborative goal setting, resource planning, and action planning—all facilitated by a dedicated Fortitude Executive.
Cohort members will gain access to a wealth of resources, personalized mentorship, and a structured professional development process. This will empower them to navigate their career paths with confidence and build a strong foundation for success in the construction, engineering, and architecture industries.

Yes. Much like any mentor-mentee relationship, the responsibility lies predominantly with the mentee. We anticipate that selected candidates will approach the experience with a growth mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong commitment to putting in the effort required, understanding that the outcomes will be commensurate with their dedication.
Participants will have the unique opportunity to establish a global network with like-minded professionals in the architectural, engineering, and construction fields. This network can lead to valuable collaborations, insights, and international perspectives.

Absolutely. Fortitude actively promotes international collaboration among cohort members. Alongside being paired with a Fortitude Advisor, selected candidates will engage in group cohort meetings and be placed in small groups with fellow candidates situated in diverse parts of the world.
Fortitude is committed to fostering a strong sense of community among cohort members. This may include virtual events, forums, and other interactive activities that bring participants together, regardless of their physical locations.
While the primary mode of interaction will be virtual, Fortitude may explore possibilities for in-person meet-ups or conferences, providing an additional dimension to the global networking experience.
