Allan Williams Jr. , MBA
Allan Williams is a seasoned construction and project management leader with over two decades of experience in real estate development, capital improvement programs, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Construction at The Home Depot, Allan oversees construction budgets, project approvals, and strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
Prior to joining The Home Depot, Allan was a Program Manager at MARTA, where he managed capital projects and strategic planning for the Rail Facility Improvement Program, playing a key role in the development of a $500M mixed-use corporate and industrial transportation facility. His leadership in stakeholder engagement, real estate development, and construction management helped shape the future of MARTA’s infrastructure.

Allan also served as Manager of Design and Construction – US East and Canada at American Express, where he led capital projects with an annual spend of $15-$20M. His expertise in project planning, procurement, and construction management contributed to the success of major initiatives, including the Centurion Lounge Program, infrastructure improvements, and real estate development.

Earlier in his career, Allan honed his technical expertise as a Mechanical Engineer with New York City Transit and as a Project Engineer at Epstein Engineering, P.C. His deep understanding of construction processes, general contracting, and project management has been a cornerstone of his success.

Allan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is passionate about driving efficiency, fostering innovation, and delivering high-quality construction projects that make a lasting impact.
