With a career spanning 20+ years worldwide, including in India, China, Japan, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. I am passionate about the intersection of Strategy, People, Place, and technology. I co-founded Novo Real Estate with a vision to co-create innovative real estate solutions that enable clients to achieve their business goals.

In previous roles, I was Partner and national Head of Integrated Client Solutions. I served on the Australia Executive Group at Knight Frank Australia with P&L responsibility for 6 service lines, including Town Planning, Building Consultancy, Strategic Advisory, Tenant Advisory, Project Management, and Portfolio Management. Other corporate real estate and developer expertise was garnered with my regional role at WeWork, where I was tasked with establishing the Powered by We (Strategy, Design, Build, and Operate) business line expansion and operational readiness across Asia Pacific. This built upon my prior work at JLL, where I was focused on helping occupiers and investors achieve their business objectives by looking beyond traditional solutions and business models with a focus on growing new annuity business lines.

My time as COO for an ASX-listed Charter Accounting firm enhanced my skills in designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to systemize performance and provided exposure to acquisition integration. In other roles, I was focused on realizing the next generation of place, integrating new technologies and operating models for buildings and tenancies. This included strategies to activate properties with analytics that inform the design and optimization of spaces.
