Construction Project Management Professional with over 25 years of successful experience in Real Estate Development, Planning, Program Management, Construction/Project Management, and Facility Operations Management.

Directed and managed multi-disciplinary teams consisting of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, code consultants, LEED, environmental, civil, and specialty consultants.

 

Over his long successful career, Isak delivered 100’s commercial real estate development projects, including over 10 million sq. ft. of mission-critical space for leading North American Telecomm firms and Top-5 Financial Institutions. 

Previously as Owner’s Representative Project Manager/Director, Isak represented companies such as Morrison Hershfield, Cadillac Fairview, SNC Lavalin, and CB Richard Ellis.

Isak completed his Mechanical Engineering Bachelors. Isak has also studied building sciences technology in Canada and holds Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute.
