Accomplished Projects and Program Management Executive with 10+ years of experience managing design and construction across APAC regions, developing projects at scale for companies like ServiceNow, Cisco, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and American Express. Sebastian’s track record across APAC and India extends across disciplines in capital planning (80M+ recurring capital), value engineering, design, construction management and PMO for large scale deployments. Currently managing in excess of 400K SF for ServiceNow in India. Adept at managing program outcomes, process improvements, governance, and run rate savings in the range of 2-10% in capex or opex spend, as well as footprint reduction in excess of 140K SF.

Sebastian is a certified Scrum Master and Interior Design. He holds several specialized diplomas in Facilities Management, and Project Management and has a BS in Construction Project Management. Sebastian has won numerous awards and Green designations for projects he has managed.
Sebastian lives in Singapore. In his free time, he regularly gives back through non-profit institutions for causes he supports, such as elderly, dementia centers, dog kennels, and under-privileged in Singapore and Bangalore.
