Emma Davies is a seasoned client advisor with extensive knowledge in residential and regeneration projects.  Her expertise ranges from feasibility and project briefing to longer term economic development planning, and skilled at balancing wide ranging considerations for developments, financial and reputational matters, leasing, development and fit-out processes.  Throughout her extensive career with F+G, Emma has skillfully managed projects from feasibility through completion of large-scale communities that have established tens of thousands of new homes in thriving planned communities with schools, common centers, retail across the UK.  Prior to working in residential, Emma had an exceptional career in building corporate facilities and developing masterplans for companies like Pfizer, American Express. In addition, she also has a wide-ranging depth of experience in healthcare, leisure/hospitality, non-profit and high-end investment firms.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors in Land Management, Planning and Development.  She is certified with Association for Project Management and RICS.
