Seasoned talent acquisition executive with over 25 years of expertise focusing on specific Asset Management sectors, Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, and Design.  Tom founded AEOS Talent Acquisition in 2018 on the philosophy that his client partners should receive bespoke and customized approaches to their searches, as each position, situation, and candidate is different.  The differentiation is in parsing out requirements and targeted expertise, balanced with a network from decades of relationships.

Before starting AEOS, Tom developed his practice with a global executive-retained and contingent search firm.  He also served as a talent acquisition leader for a large global AEC firm

Tom served in the United States Navy Submarine Force and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington.  He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and speaker for various industry organizations and events.
