Fortitude is a non-profit organization with a mission of developing future industry leaders in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). We promote AEC as an attractive career option by empowering individuals, college students, junior military officers, and junior-level professionals through our comprehensive programs. By providing scholarships, coaching, mentoring, and network introduction, we seek to empower aspiring professionals to excel in their careers and emerge as influential leaders shaping the future of the AEC industries.

Fortitude Advisory is a Global Alliance of senior professionals with diverse experiences in their fields of architecture, construction, engineering, consultancy, and project management across built environments. Fortitude founders have over 30+ years of experience in their field. We have a Global Executive team with a footprint on 6 continents that delivered projects in over 100 countries.
