Mr Bhatia is currently the Managing Director of Project Management for CBRE. He has extensive experience in managing projects at the executive level for several major multi‐national occupiers, developers and investors.   Under his leadership, the PJM business has consolidated a portfolio of over 800 Million sq. ft., and has grown to a team of more than  2400  professionals.  Gurjot has driven diversity of services across  the  business which now offers more than 10 products and services to Clients across various asset classes like  Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Warehousing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Data Centers, Education, Retail  and many more. Under Gurjot’s leadership, CBRE is the first international real estate advisory company in India to be IMS  Certified (ISO 9001:2015 | ISO 14001:2015 | OHSAS 18001:2007) for Project Management.   Gurjot has introduced various best practices, processes and technology tools to the Project Management division. This has led to the group consolidating its position as a market leader across the geography. He  has serviced more than 500 corporates in his career spanning over 27 years.   Prior to joining CBRE India, Gurjot worked in the Project Management division of two other international real estate companies  and  was  responsible  for  business  across  India.  With his  extensive  industry  experience, Gurjot is leading the Group’s growth story.  Education:  1. Gurjot completed his Bachelors in Physical Planning  from  the School of Planning and Architecture,  New Delhi, India.  2. Gurjot  is  also  a Masters  in  Construction Management  from  the National Institute  of  Construction  Management and Research, India.
